PREP TIME

Because we bake most of our products fresh to order, please allow 1ā€“3 working days for us to prepare your order.


DELIVERIES

We want your treats to arrive in perfect condition, so to ensure they travel at their freshest, we only ship orders on Mondays - Wednesdays using a trusted third-party courier.

If your order is placed after Wednesday 8am, it may be held for shipping the following Monday. We appreciate your patience and promise itā€™s worth the wait. Every product is made with care, packed with love, and delivered as fresh as possible.

COLLECTIONS

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection. Pickups are available Mondays - Fridays.

We do not offer product exchanges due to our product shelf life. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please reach out to us so that we can help or refund you in select cases.
