Return & Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality and care that goes into each of our products. As our baked goods are made fresh to order and perishable by nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.
Perishable Products & Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, and the perishable nature of our cookies, cakes, biscuits, and other baked goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our food items.
Delivery & Third-Party Couriers
We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver your orders. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for delays, damages, or missing parcels that may occur during transit. However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues that may arise with the courier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Email clear photographs of the product and packaging to sharit@biscuitbydesign.co.za along with your order number, and we will assess the issue and respond as soon as possible.
If the issue is found to be due to an error on our side, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please note, we cannot process claims without photo evidence or if more than 24 hours have passed since delivery.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sharit@biscuitbydesign.co.za. Cancellations may only be made within 12 hours of placing your order and before production has started. Once baking or preparation has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
