Is the shipping free?
No, shipping rates apply depending on your location in South Africa. Insert your postcode on the cart page to get a shipping rate estimate.
When will I receive my item?
Because we bake most of our products fresh to order, please allow 1–5 working days for us to prepare your order before dispatch. We want your treats to arrive in perfect condition, so to ensure they travel at their freshest, we only ship orders on Wednesdays using a trusted third-party courier.
If your order is placed later in the week, it may be held for shipping the following Wednesday.We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait. Every product is made with care, packed with love, and delivered as fresh as possible.
Can I change or return my item?
We do not offer product exchanges due to our product shelf life. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please reach out to us so that we can help or refund you in select cases.
