Our Chocolate Babka is the kind of loaf that stops conversations. Soft, enriched dough is hand-twisted with layers of dark chocolate filling—rich, glossy, and generously swirled into every bite. The outside bakes to a golden, caramelised finish, while the inside stays tender, melty, and completely irresistible.

Prep Time: 1–5 working days

Pick-up:
• Non-dairy bulka: Tuesdays, 12pm–4pm
• Dairy bulka: Thursdays, 12pm–4pm

Shipping:
• Delivery within Gauteng only

Storage:
• Best enjoyed fresh
• Freezer-friendly, reheat when ready to enjoy

Dairy Babka:, Yeast, Butter , Eggs, Sugar, Milk , Cream, Flour , Chocolate, and Cocoa (Made in a bakery where nuts are used).

All our baked goods are certified kosher under the Beth Din. Dairy and non-dairy.

No, shipping rates apply depending on your location in South Africa. Insert your postcode on the cart page to get a shipping rate estimate.

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM, will be prepared and shipped within 1 day. Cakes require a lead time of 5 days and is only available for pickup. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with Fastway Couriers.

Orders will be ready for collection between 13h00 and 17h00 on the day following the placement of the order.

We do not offer product exchanges due to our product shelf life. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please reach out to us so that we can help or refund you in select cases.
