Packed with goodness and made the old-fashioned way, our Health Rusks are a crunchy, nutty, golden delight. We blend nutty wheat flour, All Bran, raisins, and a touch of brown sugar with real butter, margarine, and buttermilk for that perfect balance of texture and flavour.

They’re perfect for slow mornings, strong coffee, and anyone who believes that healthy can still taste like a treat.

No, shipping rates apply depending on your location in South Africa. Insert your postcode on the cart page to get a shipping rate estimate.

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM, will be prepared and shipped within 1 day. Cakes require a lead time of 5 days and is only available for pickup. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with Fastway Couriers.

Orders will be ready for collection between 13h00 and 17h00 on the day following the placement of the order.

We do not offer product exchanges due to our product shelf life. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please reach out to us so that we can help or refund you in select cases.
